Shipping Regions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to additional countries in the future.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (USPS):
- Cost: $5.95 flat rate
- Delivery: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority):
- Cost: $12.95 flat rate
- Delivery: 2-3 business days
Free Shipping:
- Delivery: 5-8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States at this time.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at janojfyasni@gmail.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at janojfyasni@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
